LITHIUM BASE GREASE
DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
Nexus – Multipurpose grease is a series of high quality, lithium hydroxyl stearate grease, with oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, which help to ensure long service life of the grease and high level of protection for ferrous surfaces. It is recommended for all grease-lubricated parts in automotive applications. The NLGI No. 2 grade is suitable for use in centralized greasing systems in the service stations. It has excellent water – resistant properties.
These grease are for use in plain and rolling bearings of all types and all kinds of machinery – including electrical motors, machine tools, textile, paper making and wood working machines and construction equipment – where the continues operating temperature are within the specified limits.
These grease can be used at higher temperature of up to 180°C for short duration or with frequent replacement. Continues operating temperature range for these greases: -20 to 130°C.

Nexus – Multipurpose grease EP is a series of high quality, lithium hydroxyl stearate extreme pressure grease. It incorporates a lead free EP additive and is for use where surface are subjective to heavy or shock loading. It is also contains oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, which help to ensure long service of life of the grease and high level of protection for ferrous surfaces.
These greases are for use in plain and rolling bearing operating under severe condition of shock loading all types and in all kinds of machinery including electrical motors, machine tools, textile, paper making and wood working machines and construction equipment – where the continues operating temperature are within the specified limits.
These greases can be used at higher temperature of up to 180°C for short duration or with frequent replacement. Continues operating temperature range for these greases: -20 to 130°C.
EP 2 (MARINE)

DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
NEXUS EP 2 is a high performance, general-purpose industrial-type grease. This Lithium hydroxystearate base grease is formulated to provide extra protection against wear, rusting and water washout. It is NLGI Grade 2 with base oil viscosity of ISO VG 150.
Nexus EP 2 is recommended for most types of marine industrial application including heavy-duty applications where high unit pressures or shocks load are present. These grease provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion and resist water wash out which makes it particularly suitable for equipment where moist or wet condition are common.
NEXUS EP 2 is generated-purpose grease and is not normally recommended for use in the centralized grease systems. The recommended operating temperature range is from – 20°C to 130°C, but it may be used at higher temperatures if the lubricant frequency is increase accordingly.
